Goal:122 - so next week is my spring VK i want to lose weight so what can i eat for B and L but not dinner cause my dad makes it and i dont really eat alot but im going to be homw all week what can i do and how much weight can i lose if i do what u say i hope u get what im saying sorry if u donr k
Reply from Emily, Age 13 - 03/25/06 - IP#: 71.74.5.xxx Eat whatever you would normally eat just half of it and get off of this computer trying to figure out how to lose weight and talking about it and go run or play outside. Stretch first. Do squats, push ups (even if you can only do one), and crunches. Running is the best because it is cardio and it burns fat and builds muscle, but remember to drink a lot of water. And you'll probably be sore tommorrow so take a day of rest and go at it again the next day. You'll lose about 2 pounds a week. Any other diet/exercise plan where you lose more than that you're not going to keep it off because your body will think that it needs to store everything you eat as fat when you start eating normally again. So... - eat what you want (either half of what you would normally eat or the suggested portion on the back of the box or wrapper) - exercise instead of sitting on your butt - if you're tired SLEEP...you're body loses more weight sleeping than sitting on your butt looking at the computer - take a rest day everyother day or whenever you're sore - don't try to lose more than 2 pounds a week, you can't do it without gaining it back - Stop googling ways to lose weight and get up. You know how to do it. - oh yeah and don't drink sodas or sports drinks (sports drinks only after playing a REAL GAME) replace them with water!!! I lost weight last year by drinking water and doing crunches...that's all I did but I did it every day. Then summer came and I stopped doing all of that, ate all day and drank SODA!!! So now I'm trying to lose it all again!
