Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207 - Well i think i know what im going to do now. TRUE i want my scale to read lower. TRUE i want to KNOW that i weight less. and TRUE i want everyone else to know that i weigh less, but i think im getting to obsessed with my weight. With counting calories and being on this site and toneteen all the time and all that jazz. I think im just going to think about other things but STILL focus on losing weight, but im going to stop weighing my self for a while, because it freaks me out when a gain a pound. I think itll probably be healthier if i just ate healthy and do my workout and just see the results! This is what my brother did and he lost about 50 pounds. He NEVER weighed himself, and he looks great. so what do you guys think? sorry for these long posts :(
