Ht. 5'8, Wt. 268 - hey this is my workout for today do u think i did good i did 85 minutues on the elliptical cross trainer and burned 1100 then i did 10 minutes on the treadmill just 4 fun and burned 100 calories did i do enough

Plus, you really think that she did 1 1/2 hours of one excersize at one time? And, it isn't healthy to burn that many calories at a time or in a day. PS I do excersize, and I do it enough to have lost 5 pounds ok so...
