Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - my plan for today is 2 eggs and 1 toast, 1 apple, sandwich with a little cream cheese and cucumbers, 1 orange, a heat up meal like lean cuisine, and then a banana and pudding for desert. for excersize i am going to jump on my trampoline for 10 minutes as a warm up, then a kick boxing video, 100 crunchs, then a cool down mile around my block.
Reply from Emily, Age 13 - 03/26/06 - IP#: 71.74.5.xxx try to eat that but cut it down...for example: b - 1 egg or 1 piece of toast (not both) s - apple l - sandwich and water s - orange d - you can eat the lean cuisine, but it would be better to eat something that you cooked...search the web i've come across some great recipes in the past desert: ahhhh...such a beautiful word. ummm...try to get about 1 or 2 small scoops of it and eat it with a fork in small bites so that it lasts longer and put it in a small bowl or plate because you'll feel like you ate a lot more!!!
