Ht. 5'6, Wt. 145 - I need some good excercises. I need a good way to help with love handles..they're one of my biggest problems. Mainly just some excercises that deal with the middle section..thighs up to the stomach. And most of all I need you're guyses encouragement to get back to where I was over the summer. Thanks a ton.

You are skinny! You are 3 inches taller than me and 5 lbs. less! Any-who, you should still excersizee and as much as you may hate it, running is really good. But so is dancing, karate, and swimming! All of these work major muscle groups. Also, try weight lifting. I tones you so you aren't "flabby skinny," and it gives you muscles which help you move faster and it helps your metabloism get going. Sorry that this is a pretty long post but I hope it helps! You'll be tight and toned in no time flat!

Sizes kinda vary. Mainly 7-9's in pants.

Hi I'm about the same size as you. How big are you really like what sizes? I'm not sure about what excercises to do, but I bet any will help you just do a variety.
