Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145 - I pigged out at a buffet today (oopssssss) and I had so much bad stuff. So I'm officially going to start really working at losing weight tommorow. My goals include getting a small tummy and dropping a couple of sizes. What should I do for the first day?????

Eat 3 meals and 1 or 2 snacks, and try to make the snacks fruit. Try to make either lunch or dinner a salad. Workout for at least 50 minutes. Good luck!!!!! :)
