Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 160 - Seriously, guys this is getting to be a huge problem for me, im going to huntington beach next week and I need to find a cute two piece... my friends im going with are TEENY and i need to lose at least 5 pounds this week.... I run two hours a day and lift weights and do 100 crunches, but it doesn't really seem to be working that well. I'm sticking to my low-carb diet though and high protein after exersizing. I really need to do this if anyone lives in Palos Verdes, CA maybe we can go running or something because waterpolo has ended for me and im not doing swimming this season because i need to shave off 10 seconds which means 25 pounds by september! Please let me know, i will be one everyday this week because im on spring break. LOVE U GUYS!

Just remember that you need carbs! And, it is not really healthy to lose that much weight in 1 week! If you put expectations to high you won't be happy if you lose only 1 or 2 lbs. And, no one get mad at me either, you know it isn't healthy!
