Ht. 5'2", Wt. 215 - So 1 1/2 more pounds and i've lost 20lbs in less than 1 month! (I started March 1st) I'm so proud of myself, I mean I still believe I could have done better because lately I haven't been exercising as much as I should but anyway I told my family and they didn't seem to care so I figured i'd post it on here, so i'm almost 210 pounds. I can't WAIT to be under 200. Also, what is negative calories?

Good job on your weight loss! :) Negative calories, are things such as certain veggies and fruit, that when you eat, for example lets say an apple has about 60 calories, but your body burns up MORE than 60 calories to digest that, so there you go, negative calories :) Again i want to say really really really good job, and stick with it! :)
