Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207.5 - So i pretty much didnt do my best today. Breakfast**Oatmeal, dannon light yogurt. Water. Workout**75 minutes intense cardio 100 crunches. water. Lunch**lean turkey on wheat and serving of pretezels, water. (this is where it gets bad) snacks****-apple, banana, pear, strawberrys, grapes. Dinner**-1 lean hot dog and handful of pretzels water...then later on. i had a lean pocket and a serving of cookies. yeah it sucks. but i think im going to allow myself something small like the serving of cookies every monday since i weigh on sunday, whata do you guys think? I also am not dropping lbs cause i just "started my time of month". :(

That is good except for the huge snack! Although you did have fruit, which is very healthy. And I am glad you are letting youself have a little bit of sweets, so you are not too deprived.

thats pretty good u had alot of fruit.. watch out for the pretzels thay have alot of salt other than that ( and the cookies mwhaha) u did good!! lots of exercise too. dont feel bad
