1,300 to 1,600 calories are good for a healthy weightloss, and it depends on how much you excersize. If you excersize a lot like Krista, you can eat up to 2,500 calories!

About 1,200-1,500 calories per day is good for losing weight. Negative calories is where you eat something and it burns more calories eating and digesting it then is actually in the food itself. Like apples have 60 calories, but by the time they are digested they have actually burned calories away...negative calories.
