Ht. 5'5", Wt. A LOT! - So for breakfast today I had a bowl of rice krispies with milk and for lunch I am having a light yoghurt. We have a half day at school- hooray! So what should I have for a snack? What should I have for dinner????? I want to be as nutritious as possible and of course lose FAT.
