Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - how do i think i did today so far:
for breakfast i had 2 small gramn crackers w/almond butter and banana, yogurt
lunch was a tuna kit cause i wasn't that hungry
my after school snack was an apple and a pudding and now i'm goin to do my 30min exercise tape
plus for my morning snack i had a small bag of lofat cookies i think they weere only 3g
