add like half a banana or like a half cup of rasin bran it has fiber in it so it will keep u full longer

Yup, Izzy is right. You need just a little something else, preferrably fiber, to keep you full.

not unless you have a piece of fruit with it or maybe a small piece of toast, anything mind-boosting paired with calcium is a great way to start the day!
