Ht. 5'6, Wt. 165 - How do you think I ate today???? I had a bowl of Special K Red Berries for breaks with 1% milk, slimfast for lunch, Another bowl of Special K red Berries for a snack lol. For dinner I had 1 small thin crust home made pizza, no meat, just a lil cheese and green peppers, I also had some baby carrots with that. All I drank today was water. Good or Bad? I know the pizza wasn't the best thing, but I have been doing really good, and havent had stuff like that in a really long time, so it was a treat. lol. I lost 13lbs so far! plz reply tho.

u did really good. but u should try to add more fruits and vegetables.

don't worry about the pizza...you're a teen u can take it cuz u only ate one peice!!! how much of the cereal are you eating...cuz if ur not eating the recommended serving and ur like me then you'll eat a lot of it!
