Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 207.5 - Well today was really bad. I had 2 special k bars, 2 granola bars, rasianettes, taco bell, diet coke, water, a plum, a mango, and the rest was all water. i also had some of those really mini rice cakse snack things. i didnt do anything today, this is not my day, if your a girl you know what i mean, but im gonna go workout tomorrow and the rest of the week and not let myself have another day off. good luck to you all!

cereal bars and granola bars arnt really good for u. they are kind of like a candy bar. u should try some fruit instead. and the rice cakes are only puffed up rice with virtually no nutritional value.
