Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - Hey everyone! My friend lost 26 pounds in a month and a half!! Here is the gist of what her diet is!
Breakfast: 2 egg whites, piece of wheat bread toasted w/small amount of butter.
- 2 pieces of bacon, light yogurt.
- small bowl of oatmeal, peach or apple.
Lunch: Salad with lean protein (like chicken) and light dressing.
- Baked chicken and broccoli. (She said she mostly stuck to nice sized salads with meat in them, and sometimes she would have a small piece of fruit w/it!)
- Any type of meat or fish with 2 sides, usually one a vegetable, and for desert low cal. jello with a little bit of cool whip for a treat.
****She also worked out for a half hour in the morning, and 45 minutes in the evening.
