Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201.5 - I am having such a hard time with getting my booty around to exercising and staying away from the bad food! I would like to go for an hour walk every day, and not eating fried crap or burgers or sweets, but I just can't motivate myself! I am getting really depressed about it, what do I do???
