Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145 - HeyyyyYYYyyyy peoples!!!! Here's what I ate today!!! breakfast: apple cinnamon oatmeal; mid-morning snack: salted cashews; lunch: pizza sauce stuffed pretzel; snack: a can of v8 and a light strawberry yoghurt; dinner: leftover mexican food (vegetarian burrito, rice, and beans) For excercise I did 10 minutes of BYOU, and a thigh routine. Is this healthy enough for attempting to lose weight??? How'd I do???? FEEDBACK PUHLEEEEEASSSSSSEEEEE!!!! =) Thankies!! =)

That is really good except for the fact you do not need to lose weight!

except for the pretzel you did really well! i can relate becuase i love v8 too, i drink low salt
