Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 204 - YESSSSS!!! Im finally off my . and i felt alot thinner, even though well i was on it, i ate pizza, and hot cheetoes, now tht im off i went down to 204. So thats 6lbs so far! For breakfast im going to have a banana at around 10, then go and workout at 1130 (75 minutes intense cardio, 100 crunches) and get home around 1 and eat a sandwhich with some fruit. FOr dinner im going to have a salad, with lemon juice. what do you think? :) plz reply.

you need more protien, fiber, as a bit more to y and overallcalories- justour menu. other than that- wow- willpower! keep it up!
