Ok I think Anne has got her facts wrong a tad. She is definately right saying its bad because it is but a) fruit juice is high in nutrience and yes she was right saying its high in calories and also your body only eats the muscle when theres no fat left or after 21 days. She is right in saying that your body will keep storing the fat though.

okay well if you are meaning that those are the only kind of DRINKS you drank for 2 weeks then yes, that is healthy and safe. but if you meant that you only drank those things for 2 weeks then that is BAD!!!

to put it simply. itll hurt you in the long run when you start eating again. and YOU WILL start eating again, youll gain it all back.

that is not safe at all. you need nutrients and, belive it or not, calories for your body to lose fat. FAT not MUSCLE. you would only be losing muscle because by eating less than 1200 calories (average) a day you body would though itself into starvation mode and feed off your muscle so that your brain has the energy to function properly- thus it stores your fat for later. starving yourself (even if you're drinking a few hundred calories for juice- which most juices are high in sugar and low in important nutrients) is the quick way to an even more unhealthy body...
