Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - i really like goldfish 100 calorie packs. they are good for a snack in a pinch. another good thing is Jell-O sugar free pudding cuase it has a lot of calcium and good taste with only 1.5 grams of fat. just thought i'd through that out there hee-hee. :)
