Ht. 5.4, Wt. 150 - is this ok breakfast-granola bar lunch- granola bar, apple, orande jucie supper- cereal sherddies with 1% milk and some cantalop and a small banana.

yeah, we wouldn't want you to gain weight after working so hard. Just beef up the lunch a dinner a little. Plus you need some kind of protein! good luck!

thats really not enough food, your body could go into starvation mode if you ate that everyday AND exercised :(
