Ht. 5'5", Wt. 145 - today I did good on eating untill after dinner. after dinner I had a big bowl of ice cream with chocolate syrup and 3 vanilla cookies. after that, I ended up crying. now I'm just sitting here wondering what my motivation ever was. I can't even name 5 friends, my life is boring, and as my ex best friend says "no one likes you! people were making fun of you in math lab today- it was hilarious! HAHAHAHA!". Once I get a "hot bikini body" I won't have anywhere to even go. Sorry to be whiny but it's just so depressing for me to think about. ='(

Yeah, sports are good for you AND it helps you make some life-long friends! Try basketball or soccer!

it sounds like you need to take a hold of your perspective- not your weight. you are at a healthy weight. you need to view yourself as worth the love you crave. maybe think of getting into a sport- good for toning your body and for feeling like you're a part of something

i know how u feel today after dinner i ate a handfell of chocalte chips, and a huge spponful of wipcream, and kept on eating things from the refrigerator
