Ht. 5'6", Wt. erg 195 - i think the pill might bbe making it so that i can't lose weight. i've been working extremely hard this week and have gained .4 lbs. i don't know what to do. i'm not sure if i've been eating too much so i'm going to eat very little today as a measure of if i can lose weight (not starve myslef- like 1200 calories from purely healthy foods). i just don't know what to do- i work my butt off- by the end of my DAILY workout i am literally dripping sweat and my eyes sting because i can't stop it from dripping into my eyes all of the time. i'm burning about 500 calories a day, and i try to eat a lot of fiber and drink tons of water. i guess i have to go back to counting calories for a while and see if it really is the hormones. if it is- i still have 4 more months of it and i'm going to california in about 7 weeks- i had wanted to lose a little. *cry*

Don't take pills! seriously just go on a regular diet. Don't depend unpon pills to get healthy. You don't necessarily have to eat less to lose weight, you just have to eat smaller meals and portions and spread them out for like every 3 hours to keep your metabolism going. It's great that you are trying really hard, that shows commitment! it could be muscle gain? or sometimes your weight just doesn't budge for a while. You are working out and doing everything right. Remember the weight doesn't just go down in a finger snap, sometimes it can even takes weeks to get results! as bad as it sounds. Eventually the weight will drop....patience is the key :)
