Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - how do guys think i did: breakfast- 3/4 cup of weight control oatmeal, fat free yogurt, banana lunch' tuna kit a bay of soy chips w/ only 2g of fat, and a sugar free pudding after school snack- 1/2 cup of strawberrie w/ skim milk/ and i had 3 small cookies (i know i know)

you don't need to eat "weight control" oatmeal but you did okay um you need to eat dinner though
