Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - breakfast- Captain Crunch with 1% milk. Lunch- 100 calorie goldfish, light strawberries&banana yogurt, and a water bottle. after school i had 4 waffles with syrup =[ and thats reallllllllllllllly badddddddddd. =[ Exercise-1 hour walk/jog,50 crunches,15-30 min jog up and down my steps. Dinner- 2 slices of sicilian pizza and a zepolie w/ a water bottle. And i just got news that the boy i like is supposed to be staying at my house for a whole week, and i would feel embarassed to exercise in front of him because he hates it when people say "i'm fat" about themselves. so what should i do? and how bad did i do today?

I'd say you did good exept for the waffles. OHMIGOSH! The guy you like is staying for a week at your house? That seems so weird....it'd be weird if my crush just stayed a week at my house!!!!! good luck.
