Ht. 5'8, Wt. 174 goal:150 - Well i went to weight watchers and i gained 2 pounds ( thtas not TOO bad for eating cake and pizza all weekend :-P)But yea im kidna discouraged i dunno why but i just feel like a complete failure, its been 6 months and ive only managed to lose 15 pounds...i feel gross.My weight oss has plataued and ive been in the same place for about 2 and a half months now and at this point i just feel like giving up !! I dont know how to get off this plataeu , any suggestions?...

But yeah, just tighten up your "diet" (refering to your lifestyle eating, not your food while your trying to lose weight)and exercise a bit more, like anne said.
Reply from anne, Age 19 - 04/01/06 - IP#: 131.229.170.xxx change your workout routine up a bit- more intensity in your cardio and a bit more reps with weight lifting. also drink lots of water and try to not get stressed out. start enjoying the food you're eating- even if it's healthy- find new spices- have fun and don't worry. i bet that will get you off of your plateau. get outside in the nice weather a bit too
