Ht. 5'6, Wt. blah. - I eat when I'm bored...like, really bad. I'll be like, oh..theres nothing to do...let's go raid the fridge! Erg...any ideas?

If it is a crummy day then write a poem or short story...anything to get your mind off of food! I hope i help! luv ya

Go out and buy something like a bracelet (the yellow rubber band that say "LiveStrong" are good) or something that you always wear. Or find a small rock and keep it in your pocket. When you find yourself going to the fridge, look at your weightloss bracelet (or rock or whatever) and it will help you to remember that you are trying to stay strong and stick to what you know is right. I know you are probably rolling your eyes thinking its stupid, but try it. It helps me.
