Ht. 5'4'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - Today i ate a banana, then went to go the gym and did 50 minutes on (i forgot what its called) and burned 600. then i did 400 crunches and 5 minutes on the bike thing. then i ate a turkey wrap from subway and a bottle of water. for dinner im having a salad and some fruit. INPUT?
