i do cardio for 30 minutes- treadmill, olyptical, etc then 15 minutes of weight training

Congratulations! but what exercises did you do, I would love to know! and you didnt use anything like pills right? lol cause some people on here use pills and defeats the purpose of getting advice, please share your exercise tips, if you keep it up you can lose 15 more! good luck :)

i exercise mondays-wednesdays-friday- 45 minutes each day- eat a light yogurt for breakfast, a protein bar for lunch - a 100 calorie pack for a snack- dinner i usually have a salad with chicken or some type of meat with veggies- for dessert i have a sugar free ice crean cup or popsicle
