Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G-120-125 - this is what i am going to eat today....for breakfast i had a bowl of Cherrios with 1% milk and 2 pieces of toast with margerine. Then i went outside and racked my backyard and front yard. For lunch i am going to have a light yogurt and a water bottle. and i am not sure of what i am going to have for dinner, maybe a salad, but i dont know yet. exercise for the day would be racking the lawn, picking up the leaves, trampoline, and maybe some jogging if my back and knees dont hurt from the racking. so is this good?

you need to eat more.
