Ht. 5'4 , Wt. 160 - i hate being overweight u feel so uncomfortable in public places and just feel gross all the time i am hoping i can lose some weight before summer starts i want to look ok in a swimming suit for once

Hey we like the same in weight and height. Yah I know what you are saying to "look good" for summer. All I can tell you is, exsersize and eat according to how much feels compfortable to you. Good Luck :)
