My son whose name is Nicko is seriously overweight. He is only 11 and weighs 72kgs. I don't know how to stop this. He is 47 as a Body Mass Index, so he is overweight. I will give you advice that someone gave me. You should tell him about his weight problem and ask him if he's happy with hisself. He will probably say no, so you can tell him to go on a diet, but don't pressure him. have him do more social things. Not technically sports, but playing with friends.
