My daughter Tally is 12 years old 5' 1" and 140 pounds. She rides her bike, swims, and walks our dogs. She dances every day and loves to play baseball and soccer, volleyball and tennis. She drinks lemonade but other than that is very healthy. Please, also she has PKU (She cannot eat wheat dairy or potato or meat) and takes medication that can make her gain weight I would love it if you IM or Email me at Road480@aol.com okay? How much weight should she lose? How? thank you!

Your daughter needs to loose about 30-45 pounds
If you want her to be thin stop using the medication
until shes like 80lbs use the medication till she weighs 95-100.How just stop using the medication.

i lied, i AM the "child". i am also 5'1'', and supposedly the the target weight is 90 to 132 lbs.
but PLEASE make it clear to your kid that you love her no matter what. what you say really will affect how much she values her self, whether she realizes it conciously or not.
