Well My child is 10 and is 160 she doesn't eat often just big servings when she does
Reply from Becky, Child's Age 10 - 06/18/05 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx I think you should start making less food for dinner. Have your child get served first. but tell her that she needs to only take a little at first, so everyone else can eat to. Then after everyone has gotten some, if there's any left over, tell her she can have SOME of it. That way if anybody else wants more, they can have some too. Good Luck!
Reply from Catherine, Child's Age 15 - 01/01/05 - IP#: 24.19.141.xxx Try to get her to eat fruits, because most have a lot of water content in them which can fill you up faster, and protein, like chicken. Try dishing up her meals on smaller plates, so it looks like she is eating the same amount, if she is still hungry you can always give her a little more. But start out small.

Reply from Christina, Child's Age 12 - 12/08/04 - IP#: 24.233.71.xxx Well thats your fault. Make sure your daughter is eating throughout the day, HEALTHY and small small SMALL portions. And for supper? SMALL!! Becuase if not, its easy for your daughter to put on weight. And no no no no no NO snacks. They are a terrible habbit.
