My daughter and I go on a walk three times a week. We talk about school and friends and she tells me whats bothering her from time to time. Not only will you two lose weight, you may end up getting to know your daughter better.

I'd ask her if she wanted to join a gym so you two can go together. Do a spinning class or something like that! Going for walks is also a good idea. Just have her cut down her calorie intake a bit, and have her eat more veggies and protien. Make her lunch, and have it be colorful but healthy. And you can controll dinner so make that healthy too. Also, get rid of all unhealthy snacks in the house.
