Hello parents. I have a 6 year old daughter that weighed 114lbs a couple months ago and we went to a nuetionist and she gave me all kinds of ideas. the best one ever was remember your child stomack is only as big as there little fist. I thought i was starving my child but it works with excerise she has drop weight. I am so proud of her. you just have to be stronge for your child. I know its hard but it is for the best for them.
