My daughter, Alexia, likes to eat these snack bars called Nutty Bars, and I was wondering, there are two bars in one package, and it says on the back of the box that each one has 320 calories. Does that mean 320 calories for each actual bar, or 320 calories for each package? I buy them a lot, so I was just wondering if they were contributing to my daughter's weight gain.

i suggest that you stop buying those and find your child yummy foods that are healthy foods that he enjoys......but if you want those just hide them somewhere.

Hi, the truth is that the nutty bars aren't a healthy snack. If your child is already overweight, nutty bars are probably not the best choice. How about a granola bar? Look for snack foods your kids like, with lots of protein and fiber; both of those food elements are very filling.
