My child is aged 9 and weighs six stone 7 pounds and is at risk of becoming overweight like me. Give me advice and help on your replys. she is 4 foot 5 (Note: 6 stone 7 is 91 lb.)
Reply from josie, Child's Age 9 - 06/04/11 - IP#: 188.29.97.xxx hi, my son is 9 and hes 6 stone 9lb i was worried so took him to doctors and she said he was okay weight and just to keep to healthy diet so he didnt gain more. I have since invested in a bike and rounders kit for my son he is alot more active and eating healthier he hasnt lost any weight but gained more muscle and energy, so unless your child keeps gaining rapidly, or refuses to excercise id say she will be fine and properly due a growth spurt soon where she will lose the weight and shoot upwards.
