hi everyone i need some advice on wat types of excercise my 13 yearold daughter should be doing and i cook her good meals but i think i need some tips on food too i also want your opinions if my daughter emma is really overweight shes 5'1 and 131 lbs thanx if u reply :)

She is a bit overweight, but not really dangerously so much as some parents on here are. try having her do more sports and encourage eating of fruits and vegetables. You could also cooking healthier meals( if you don't already). i hope i helped!

Use the weight calculator to help determine if your child is overweight. Encourage them to continue to eat healthy. Ask your child what activites they enjoy, for example a specific sport. Then encourage them to participate.
