hi everyone im just wondering what kind of excersise my 13 yearold daughter should be doing shes 132 lbs and is 5'3 im not sure if shes obese or not but wat kinds of foods would be good for her to snack on and just eat for meals thanx to whoever replys and good luck to all you parents who need it:)

This is not even overweight, let alone obese.If you pressure you're daughter to eat healthier she might feel that you think she is fat. This could cause an eating disorder.

You can input your child's weight in to the Weight Calculator. Healthy eating involves the whole family. Try and keep junk food out of the house and have healthy snacks at hand. Discuss what food may be considered "sometimes" foods such as pizza or fast foods. Think about developing a family activity night to incorporate some exercise into your family's daily routine.
