Hello, I have two daughters ages 13 and 10. They are very overweight. my 10 year old is 232 and my 13 year old is 294. I know my older daughter went to a sports game a few days ago and had 7 slices of pizza!Recently my daughters went to a friends house for 2 weeks. While there they each gained 10+ pounds!Clothes are so hard. I really dread getting the calls from school saying they failed the presidential fitness test. I am at a loss please help us!

You need to talk to them about their weight and you need to put a handle on what they're eating at home. Dont give them extra money to buy food when they go out, or only enough to buy a normal amount. If they go to a friends house tell them not to eat junk, and if they continue to put on weight from eating junk when they go places, don't let them go anywhere, until they know you're serious. They both sound TERRIBLY obese and this is their life at stake. You need to make some serious changes. Take them to the doctor, and have the doctor explain the risks, and what they need to do to change they're lifestyle. It's not really a hard thing to do, because from you post, you have tried much of anything, so you CAN'T be at a loss, never having tried doing anything about it. You need to stop buying junk food, and make sure they eat healthy. They did not get to be obese on their own, and it's your responsibility as a parents to keep your child healthy.
