do the marks from rings around your stomach ever go away when you get thinner? please let me know, because my daughter has alot of them, and she reeally wants to model the bikini line, one of her goals, in abercrombie and fitch!!
Reply from Christine, Age 17 - 07/03/09 - IP#: 12.175.230.xxx When I lost about 8 inches from my waist, my stretchmarks got whiter and less visible. I do have a lot of flabby skin around my belly that won't go away, though, so remember to pay attention to that.

Which is okay, if she fades them, and stuff, she can probably wear make-up to make them less noticeable. Most girls get them at some point, whether they're overweight or not, because they'll gain some weight pretty fast during puberty regardless, so I'm sure she wouldn't be the only girl to have them, so maybe ask someone else what they do about that.
