Hi Sana =) never ever tell your child he or she is fat. Your child will feel unloved, ugly, unworthy, alone, and unappreciated and will more than likely develop dangerous eating disorders as she grows older; disorders that may kill her. The mental scar from something like that being said to your daughter, especially by her mother, will last forever and cause so much more harm than good. Tell your daughter you love her no matter what - NEVER say she's too fat or anything close to it. Take her into a doctor and get her examined. See what the doctor has to say. I would also suggest taking her to see a child psychologist. There are usually underlying issues as to why children eat excessive amounts of food - emotional abuse, verbal abuse, loss of self-esteem, other medical disorders, etc. can all be contributors. Even though you may mean well by telling your daughter she's fat or will get fat, I assure you, you are hurting her more than anything else.
