I know you're frustrated but I can tell you from experience it's tough. You don't want to embarrass or fat shame your son but they just keep getting bigger.

Yesterday he weighed in at 131 and it’s obvious he’s getting bigger and bigger. He has been saying that he feels more comfortable but also that it’s embarrassing.
