Ht. 5'8", Start: 237 lb, Today: 235 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - hey everyone so its the last day of 08 and oh man what a sturggle this year has been esp with food college life is horriable with food...all that junk and no time to really cook a meal and just eating basically whatever is cheap and near by i never ate so much outside food in my life and my weight shows it...this is the biggest i have ever been
and ive pretty much became really depressed about it
so no more excuses im gonna exercise EVERDAY no more being lazy i want to be at my goal weight this time next year
any advice?

Jasmine, the only way to get what you want is to put the work forth for it... we can do this.. I know its super hard but baby steps... its like anything else in life, but it seems to be the hardest... its just like school or work though.. you have to work at it to accomplish a diaploma or a paycheck.. the rewards will come if we work hard for them... we should work hard.. for ourselves, because the only person we can count on forever with is ourselves...

You can do it! Just stay with it and , I have problems with this particular aspect, watch your portion sizes. I too am in college and I know its tough, but there are some healthy options...or healthier than icecream and pizza out there. Pizza is even fine but in moderation.
