Ht. 5'10", Start: 226 lb, Today: 226 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 180 lb - day two of walking two miles was a little harder on me than expected.. but hey... two down right.. I figure now is where I start my uphill journey and soon it will start getting easier rather than harder... just think the more work you put into it the more you get out of it... am I seriously the only one in the chat? was it cancelled? lol alright hope all is well

Good luck. Exercise is funny like that. You get used to what you're doing and then you look back and think "Holy Hell, how was this hard before?" This has happened a lot to me lately. Today I ran 5 miles and two days before six and I remember about a year and a half ago when I couldn't run straight an entire one. Stuff is just funny. Just keep at your regimen and you will progress and it will be so rewarding not just from a weightloss stance, but you will better the quality of your life and will have achieved something special. I'm aiming to run a half marathon come July so hopefuly I can get that something special as well. :) Good job and keep with it.
