You get used to what you're doing and then you look back and think "Holy Hell, how was this hard before?" This has happened a lot to me lately. Today I ran 5 miles and two days before six and I remember about a year and a half ago when I couldn't run straight an entire one. Stuff is just funny. Just keep at your regimen and you will progress and it will be so rewarding not just from a weightloss stance, but you will better the quality of your life and will have achieved something special. I'm aiming to run a half marathon come July so hopefuly I can get that something special as well. :) Good job and keep with it.
