Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 183.2 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 155 lb - So 183.2 is the verdict when I got on the scale this morning...Could be worse I guess but at least now I know where I'm at. So here it is for today B-fast- Coffee and toast Lunch) Turkey sandwich, a mini bag of chips, and grapes D- Rice and then pry a salad. I'll post again tomorrow!
