I'm so excited and really hoping I can hit my target of running it in 30 minutes. I've decided that my immediate weight loss goal is 125 by Thanksgiving. I'll be trying to maintain during the holidays and lose those last 10 pounds after the New Year. Hope everyone's doing well!

Believe me, there are days/weeks where I stay in the same .5 range or I go up some. With my day to day life, I generally do the following: Breakfast: toast w/ butter/honey and scrambled eggs (2 each) or a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with fat-free milk Mid-morning snack: Quaker Oats 90 cal. granola bar Lunch: sandwich or lean cuisine/smart one Dinner: usually some sort of meat (chicken, ground beef or tri-tip mainly), tossed salad with salt instead of dressing and sometimes a piece of bread, steamed veggies or rice For exercise (which I do every day), I either jog a 2.6 mile route, do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred or sometimes (rarely) both. This is what works for me - really, it's all about moderation in how I live though. The main things that always held me back from weight loss were fast-food, high calorie/sugar drinks, sweets and eating late at night. That stuff is about 95% out of my life now and honestly, I don't miss it all that much. It's really all about finding what you can stick with long term. Keeping to something is the best way to ensure success. Best of luck to you!
