Ht. 5'8", Start: 185.6 lb, Today: 185.6 lb (BMI: 28), Goal: 150 lb - Well this start this up again. I've always been up and down with my weight.
I've been as high as 200 and as low as 150 in high school and college. Right now I'm finishing up my senior year in college and I really just want to finally get control of it and control of me. My major downfalls are that I binge eat at night after not eating all day because I'm running around between school and work and all that jazz that I do. I also drink a good amount. I'm just a social butterfly so I'm out with friends. But again when I drink it goes hand and hand with eating more when I get home. I don't eat fast food hardly at all but I do go out to eat a good amount. I'm also pretty active but I just have to be consistent. I'll go to the gym 6 days in a row then take a week off.
So I'm back to use this again to almost use it as a food journal so I can hold myself accountable what I put in my body. So here is today...Breakfast:Granola 100 cal bar, Lunch: Salad and some leftover stuffing, Dinner: A piece of lasanga and then a piece of oreo pie stuff. Not great but I did overcome not eating after 7pm because thats huge for me. I did also hit up the gym this morning and did 30 min of cardio on the climber then an ab blaster workout. Decent start but it's only the beginning. I will continue to post on here but if someone wants almost like a diet buddy leave me a comment and we can e-mail too! Good luck all!
